Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that for all refunds, a fee will be deducted for the respective third-party service charges (ie. Credit Cards, Paypal or Platform fees). Shipping fees will also be deducted from the refunds.

 

Term of Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Please make sure you will return the item in 30 days.

Shipping

Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
