Return or Exchange an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach us at info@mulanlegend.com and we will provide return instructions. The items must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange the item if you prefer.

Wrong Item

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us about the details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Order Cancellation

We will proceed with your order once you make purchase. It may not be always possible to change or cancel your order . Please email us and we will do our best to help.

If you would like to return for exchanging our other handmade products, we would appreciate that you keep the product in its original situation. We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
